Anything Dora in our home is a hit and this is no exception. My two women love the Dora Saves the Mermaid DVD and this doll seems like the character within the movie which is enjoyable for them. Not certain about the issue with the sound or motion per the opposite evaluation, possibly it was once a battery difficulty? Sound and movement work nice for us. My youngest loves the stories Dora informs. I would recommend this toy.

We bought this doll for our grand daughter's birthday. It labored twice then cease. What a dissapointment to our grand daughter. She was once damaged hearted. All the opposite Dora Items now we have bought appear to be ok however this one simply didn't work. Nothing about it worked. The speaking did not work both. It should be taken off the market., I have heard the same factor happend to differents which have bought this toy.

Terrible was oncete of money! My four year outdated was so dissapointed when she ultimately got this for her birthday. It does speak and move and sing however the skirt does no longer retract fully. Instead of turning round it will get caught and goes back and forth again and again and the skirt does not absolutely retract. Because this a mermaid doll she was expecting to bathtub with it. She couldn't remember that this mermaid doesn't go into the water. Very massive and chunky.

My daughter noticed this in the store and wished it for Christmas. I was disenchanted when I read the reviews as a result of I needed to buy it for her however didn't want her to stand upset when she starts enjoying with it. But I sold it anyway and idea that if it won't work, I can all the time return it. When we tried to set it up, it was oncen't working to begin with. But then, I saw a tab at the back of Dora, slightly below her neck. When I took it out, the toy works the way it will have to be.

5. It is overpriced for the quality. $39.99 would have been a fairer value.

I love this Dora mattress, we failed to get the one with the cover (I knew that will be bother with my crazy 1 1/2yo child). We decideed the bed up at toys r us (or infants r us...) and it was oncen't hard exhausting in any respect to position together. The most tough part to put on used to be some of the bed protects on the side to cease child from falling out, as it took my robust husband and me pushing it and straining to get the stupid factor to attach in the fitting cease. Once it was once there, it was very sturdy although.

I love that the bed is shut enough to the ground that once she does roll out (she is all over when she sleeps and he or she'll scoot out of the bottom) she falls and doesn't even wake up because it is now not a long way enough to hurt. I just pick her again up and lay her back off and she keeps asleep the entire time. This does not happen extra then what's expected of a younger child slumbering on an open bed. It wouldn't be enough to make me alternate my thoughts on this.

Wow, what a groovy toy. My three 1/2 year-old loved it - and even I was amazed to seek out that the automobile in reality does follow any line or swirly maze you create on the mat. My best complaint is that the automobile tends to show off reasonably fast. We like to take our time drawing up a cool path for Diego and Dora to observe, so we're all the time having to turn the jeep over to change it again on once more.

Other than that minor problem, it's an awfully cool and creative toy.

My daughter is a Dora fan and I althought this could be a super Christmas reward. She likes using it, however becomes pissed off because the automotive does not seem to apply the roads very smartly and/or flips off too fast. I received this hoping my 20 month outdated daughter, who LOVES to scribble and draw, would steer clear of the crayons and pens and in finding this just as fun...and less messy, as she tries to paint all over the position the whole lot when she's given paper and a pen/crayon. It works nice, color disappears after a just right amount of time. The get up stencils of the house, bush, tree, Swipper, Boots and baby Jaguar are all plastic (better then I was once expecting). The pad is a pleasant large size. The automobile is heavy and greater then I anticipated it to be...but I'm afraid to let my 20 month old pick it up. She trys "wheeling" it around like a standard automobile and it issues me that she'll break the sensor underneath it. The automobile DOES practice the water paths very neatly though. I'm impressed with the way it works. When it doesn't have a trail to practice it wonders around for some time ahead of fliping itself off- looking for it.

The issues I've encountered inside just a few weeks of using it were these:
1. My DD has boughtten it lovely filthy. There's grime smudges on it and it is not very easy to wash...directions say to take a sponge to it softly however that doesn't get off the filth very a lot. Too a lot water will almost definitely spoil it.
