Our 15 month old son just loves this toy. He loves pushin all of the buttons and dancing to the music. He does no longer comprehend how to open the compartment yet but he loves to have it open to discover. I had hoped that my 2 year old son, who loves Fisher Price Little People and taking part in out little scenes, would revel in this toy. He performs with it from time to time, however it simply isn't that a lot fun. I even have two vital criticisms:

The simplest factor to DO with this ship is make it make noise. It plays tracks and has different random noises, relying on what you press. The noises cannot be became off (unless you dispose of the batteries). The volume can't be adjusted. It is really anxious for the previoussters after about three0 2ds.

The one thing I had hoped my son would do with it used to be play with the 2 pirates, the monkey, and the fowl, and have them stroll across the ship and play within the ship within the totally different rooms. But the personalitys are so much too massive to fit into any house on the ship, apart from for the distinct (noise-making) seats designed for each persona. The little pirates are too big to slot in the galley kitchen and are too tall and extensive to fit up any of the steps. It is a ridiculous design! My infant has tried to make use of his tiniest little person (a WOW character), and he is nonetheless to important.

I offered this pirate ship for my 2 year previous grandson. Not most effective did he like it, but so did his 3 older brothers (up to age 6). They have all been taking phase in with it for every week now and it hasn't been destroyed but, which says so much for a new toy shared by means of four little boys.
